Emulator? Which one to get?

Emulator? Which one to get?
I see Moates site is back up and the 2.0 emulator is 179 (I think that’s the price). I was considering getting the boosted one but think it’s around 279. Whatever the price difference is which one is better? I see a note on moates that you have ti get an additional socket. Is that the case with boosted? I previously bought 2 chips, the cord, a burner and an adapter. In my beginning research I think I’d rather use an emulator than burning new chips each time I want to make a change. I already have a laptop and have a datalog run through tunerpro.

Personally I'd only deal with Moates (and I'll leave it at that).
But their Ostrich-II is a thing of beauty. Flawless operation for the many years I've been using it (and I've had it in continuous operation for that time).
