Default 1992 LT1 ECM case

I'm trying to get the circuit board out of a 1992 metal case. I've removed all the 1/4" hex heads and pried every way I could with a flat head screwdriver against the black plastic frame that holds the plugs and the metal case. It will not budge!!! I ever removed the T10 torx that look like they hold the black plastic frame to the plugs. Is that thing glued in there? When I pry, I do see the silver metal frame inside the black metal box move a little. Help!!!

Thanks for the pictures. I've taken the 4 screws out of the plastic pin front that screws to the case, the 4 screws across the top of the case, that goes into board frame and the 4 screws that holds cap on the EPROM. It really feels like I've missed something. All I can figure is some of the stuff they put on the board, melted off and glued the thing into the case.
