dealings with Electro-dynamics
Always hear about hte bad deals people have, and few of the good ones. Thought I'd give a good one.
I needed to purchase a part (long story) from their c5-c4 adapter kit. I find this is something that has not been asked of them yet with these kits being fairly new, I guess? It didn't matter that this was an off the wall request. They took some time to find out if they could do as I was asking, and took care of my request. Didn't give me a min. trouble. It's a shame customer service could not be this good everywhere. I forget the gentelmens name I delt with, but he was great. Personal, and friendly. Just wanted to let everyone know you're dealing with a great group of people if you decide to go the C5-C4 adapter route. :cheers:
