Default Nutsert, or certainly a nut

In case, for you non-engineer types, if you don't know what a Nutsert is, the pictures will show you.


This is where my cross brace connects to the frame. See the big hole? That was after I ground down the bolt head that was just spinning in the frame.


Here:s after installing a Nutsert to provide new threads after punching out the defective one. This is how you fix blind nuts inside the frame.

I daily drive an LS swapped 2007 Ford Ranger 2wd Standard Cab shortbed.

It is literally half held together with these things lol.

They definitely have their place and they do work.
