Hello,
Is there a reputable company that programs ECM's for 92 LT1 models? My son ordered a replaceable chip from someone but now believes it was a scam? He is trying to get the VATS removed from the ECM.

Yes, he said he ordered from one of these (can't recall which one. WE determined that the ECM is bad (internal short to ground). Looking for someone that can repair this one or recommend somewhere to get a used replacement. At this point he is weary of ordering anything from members of this group, but I am sure the majority is good honest folks trying to help each other out.

It’s all the same scammer, hopefully you used secured form of payment you can recover it. Flagship does 16159278 ecm repairs.
