Default Performance 1.6 rr 1992 LT1

Hello everyone I'm wondering what kits or what exact parts to buy for my stock 1992 corvette lt1 (A4 4l60e) it has the stock cam but I basically want to do full top end job replace the lifters, rocker arms, push rods, and valve springs I want to know best priced options my primary reason for this is I think I got to replace lifter but like while I'm in there might as well replace all that by upgrading to the 1.6 and supporting parts for that. thanks guys have a good day.

You will want narrow body rocker arms because of the center bolt valve covers. There are self aligning and standard roller rockers, self aligning use the body to locate roller on valve stem. They will work with the stock parts. The standard roller aka full roller will need hardened push rods and guide plates, the stock pieces aren't hardened. You may need to remove the oil drippers off the valve covers. The 1.6 rocker arms are likely to contact them. Don't try to snap them off, you will probably break the valve cover in the process; use a dremel or die grinder to cut them off. If you are thinking LT4 roller rocker the are self aligning there are also 2 types the oem production part which uses a unique 10mm stud with a 8mm nut. The other is for the standard 3/8" stud ; it came in the "Hot Cam" LT4 top end kits. Brand let your budget guide you.

The recall involved the OEM 10 mm roller rockers. Not the Hot Cam Kit rockers.

So if I do 1.6 scorpion narrow rocker arms I don't need to get hardened pushrods nor stronger valve springs? I would basically just replace the lifters and RRs then assemble it all back together? I'm only 19 please have patience with me because main reason I'm doing this is for lifters I got a tick on left side of motor (I've looked into other things like exhaust manifold tick even loose spark plug lol I did replace pcv valve since it wasn't working right I do have slight oil leak I think coming from rear china wall of intake but its like a little leak the sound does kind of go away after topping it off I might just be paranoid to and it's just the ticking injectors but I don't know motor does have 135k miles chances of a factory lifter going bad doesn't sound to crazy) since it's kind of a big job taking intake and valve covers off I wanna do a little upgrade you understand.
