84 Corvette fuel pump relay
I've been having some issues with the fuel pump being intermittent, during testing I've noticed a constant ground on the green wire in position c of the fuel pump relay im pretty sure that's not normal but figured I'd ask.

That 12v from ecm energizes coil in relay. The other end of that coil goes to ground, so when there is no power present, the ground path goes through coil and into the green wire.
