Default Vacuum lines?

Hello! 1984 Auto, ive got these two hoses coming from the bottom of my charcoal canister that don't go anywhere, I checked the diagrams for it and everything on the diagrams ive seen is coming from top and in place how it should be but I see nothing about these two hoses

The hoses are vents, no connection.
