Sorry just wanted to share, tossed my belt about two weeks ago. I have a smog pump delete and had no idea what belt I should use to replace with no identifying markings on the belt that got tossed. Turns out this smog delete allows you to use the oe belt ~92.3”. With the breaker bar attached to the tensioner seem to recall cranking it towards the air inlet duct btw mines is a ‘90.
Routed as such...

Yup the bearing on the pulley seized up and the heat generated melted the plastic pulley. I ended up borrowing a pulley from another serpentine setup that I had laying in the parts bin. Local store wanted $40 and some change for the replacement part when rockauto had it listed for a fraction of that. Curious question, my original to me on the vehicle had a flanged pulley. The one I sourced locally and happily returned was smooth. We all get caught up with more is bettah, comments on a flanged vs. smooth pulley. My thinking is the flanged pulley would have less likelyhood of being tossed during spirited driving.
