Injectors not firing when colc

no I do not have a electrical diagram from Painless. I wish I did. Everything was labeled. They also provided a installation manual. It does have some trouble shooting points but nothing that covers my problem
I know we have been working on my problem for sometime so I would like to refresh the fact that I have did two other engine swaps with a L98 and standalone wiring harness. A S10 that I drove for 14 years with no serious problem and my 40 chevy that I have been driving for 30 years with no problem. My question is Why am I having so much of a problem with this swap. I have been trying to get this engine to run proper for 10 month.
