C4 corvette rough idle
I have a 1986 c4 corvette, that has only got 62k miles. It ate the camshaft and had to rebuild engine, when we did and put it in the car and got everything I deleted the smog pump and the old emissions system on it, replaced the distributor as it had a miss in it to begin with, but now where it sits in the project all cylinders are getting heat and it’s not missing, and it will fire right up, sounds good holding 1500 rpms or anything above. But as soon as it sits to idle it gets rough and kills itself. I can’t figure out if it’s getting too much air or not enough, or if it’s even an air problem at all. Any suggestions?
