Whatever it is don't start the car until you find it. You don't want fuel leaking down onto a hot exhaust manifold. Start checking your fuel rail for leaks.
What makes you think it is leaking?
Can you see the leak itself? If you can see it why are you trying to start it?
If you can't see any leaks, then your car not starting wouldn't neccessaryly mean it's a fuel leak. Check things step-by-step. Look for leaks and puddles as you put the key to 'on' but don't start the car. this way you get pressur ein the fuel system from the pump (if it works) and you shoudl see a leak if that's the cause.
I just had a similar problem. Wound up being a cracked fuel injector. Went ahead and replaced all of the o-rings also on the injectors. Get access to your fuel rail and look. You should be able to see the leak. Just turn your key to on without starting to pressurized the fuel rail.
Found and stopped the leak (it was the valve you use to check the fuel pressure). A little more detail. I'm writting for my dad, I killed my car. I was driving and suddenly the electrical went hay-wire, my gauges were flashing to metric and back. Pior to this I felt a little pull. Overheated and stalled. He's replaced the tension pulley and as I said stopped the fuel leak, but he can't seem to find the reason for it not starting. There don't apear to be any of the "major" prolems. He now suspects the firing.
