Not enough fuel pressure

87 C4 fuel pressure
I’ve recently purchased a 87 corvette. Has 120k, it ran and drove. I drove it 25 miles the day I got it and about 20 through the week. This weekend I replaced wires and plugs, fuel pump, fuel filter, brakes, battery and oil change. She turns over and starts, but immediately dies. My fuel pressure gauge only reads 33psi which clearly isn’t enough. With the pump and filter being changed idk what else to look for. We did fuel line testing by clamping the hoses. I’m starting the think maybe i have an open injector. I’m at a stump and could use some help from knowledge folks

On my 1985 Corvette, I replaced the fuel pressure regulator on my L98 upon the install of my upgraded motor. After countless hours of researching, I installed a BBK adjustable fuel pressure regulator and set the baseline at 37 lbs. In my opinion, it seems like you already replaced alot of the fuel related.
