Anyone else have transmission shift cable problems?
Have less than 10K miles on the car and the shifter suddenly became stiff though all positions. Unhooked both ends to isolate it to the cable. Ordered one today.
Is this a common problem? The Helm manual says to remove the seats, console side panels, disable airbags etc.....That'll be fun :nonod:

Not since my old GOAT with a Turbo 400. The solution then was to ground the tranny to the frame. Why that worked, I don't know, but it stopped my cable problems.
