Another Header Question?
I will be installing some hooker headers soon and i was wanting to go with the 2151's. My question is since there are no provisions for the EGR will removing the EGR and installing the block off kit cause any problems with performance and will it cause the check engine light to come on? Or will I be better off keeping the emissions and get the 2149's instead?

You will get a check engine light for the egr stuff. You can always have a chip burned to remove the egr stuff from the programming. I have mine blocked off and havent noticed a difference in driveability

I had no driveability problems blocking mine off, but I'll tell you this. I left the EGR system intact and only blocked it off on the header and on the intake manifold. So if I need to all I have to do is bolt the pipe in and turn EGR back on in the PROM.
The PROM literally has a toggle on/off for setting the troublecode that you can turn off so that you don't get anything.
