Depends on where you live, and how extensive a job you want done. If you want the car stripped first (highly recommended), plan on spending between 3-5K for a quality job. A lot of shops will scuff and shoot for half that, but you probably won't be happy with it in the long run. To make a Corvette look right, the shop should do the following; Separate bumpers from car, use flex agent on urethane parts; Remove mirrors, headlight assemblies, emblems, door handles, inner door panels, and of course, ensure that all prep work is done correctly. It's also a good time to have the shop paint the underside of the hood as well. Done correctly, you will have a long lasting finish that you can read your watch in from 3 feet away.
Talk to some Corvette owners where you leave and get some feedback on who is doing quality fiberglass work. Get estimates from lots of shops, and ask to see their finished products. Good luck
