You can certainly do it if you want to, but be prepared to spend a little time snarling at it.

I'm not rolling my eyes at you Frank. I just can't believe it would take anyone that long
Now I'm really looking forward to the passenger side. Yeah right.
Then I tackle changing out the wires. It might be a 6-8 hour job by the time I'm done. But I am BONDING with my Vette.
I can do it. I can do it.

Later
Yeah, sure I can do it. I got number 8 on and torqued and could not get the spark plug wrench off the plug. I had to take it back out. take off the plug wrench, and put it back in withn the plug wrench loosely on. But I got it and torqued them all. 3.5 hours.
Then I do the passenger side plug wires, no sweat. Then I start looking at how in the hail I'm going to get to the opti for the other wires. Decide to put back on the original wires and go for a ride. It runs beautiful, my high rev miss is gone. and I love her again.
Enough work for one day.

Remove inner fenders, wires. looms and plugs. Beer while gapping plugs, applying dielectric grease to top of the plugs and antisiese to the threads. I install the plugs on the PS of my L98 because it is a real beatch. Beer while I apply neosporen to all thre little cuts on my hands and fingers. Install DS plugs, attach wires and looms, install the fenders and reattach all other equipment. Cross fingers, start engine. Beer while listening to the engine purr. All totaled, about an hour and a half.
