A question about rear jacking
I have read all of the archive posts on jacking instructions. I got the car up on jack stands up front and want to put stands in the back as well. I don't have a puck to put under the diff, so I thought I'd use Mr. Mojo's suggestion and put a 3 foot piece of wood across the spare tire. He calls for a 4X4, but all I got is a 2X12 - However it is a pretty stout piece of pressure treated lumber. It holds the front just fine when I jack it. I thought I'd run this by anybody that has tried it and get some opinions.
Mr. Mojo - if you have any more details to give me some gonads to do this, it be helpful
