Headlight Motor Problem
I need some assistance. I have a 91 Coupe and when I turn on the headlights, they pop up but the drivers side headlight does not snap into place right away. It appears to quiver for 2 - 3 seconds and then goes into place and is fine until you turn the lights off and then it closes as it is suppose to mbut makes a noise like the headlight motor keeps on running for a second or two.
What do you think? Has anyone had this problem and is it easy or complex to correct?

I have the same problem but have not fixed it yet. I hear it is a simple problme to fix and can be done for a few bucks. Look around in the forum and someone will have instructions on what to do I'm sure. Sorry I couldnt be more help.

I had a slow headlight and changed the bushings in the motors. MAD, Ecklers ETC. carries them. It should run you about $10 and 3 hours to fix. The bushings (3 per light) look like chicklets.
