Stumbling speedo solved ...

Problem with the stumbling speedo solved. :D
Checked the cables to the terminals on the ECM box and found that some of them were loos and had a bad connection and some MF had inserted pieces of metal pins in every terminal, needless to say that these POS pins had corroded. :cuss :nono:
Still have problems with the idle and lovregister revs though.
CES light coming on at lo revs and the engine does not run clean at revs below 1500 rpm. Above 1500 rpm she runs clean and no SES.
Checked timing and it's ok at 6 deg as it should be.
I'm wondering if it could be IAC related since the IAC was given a good wash with carb cleaner 4 months ago due to the rebuild.
I have not pulled any codes yet and I will return as soon as this is done..

Well, pulled the codes yesterday and got a "low manifold pressure" so the rough idle and stumbling below 1500 rpm might be a poor EGR valve. I'll try to blind the EGR tube and see what happens.
Any other suggestions ??
