I JUST INSTALLED A BBK 52MM THROTTLEBODY ON MY CAR AND I NEED TO SET THE THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR CAN SOMEONE HELP PLEASE ERIK.ALSO IF YOU MIGHT KNOW, MY ORIGINAL PLASTIC ACCORDIAN PIECE BETWEEN MAF AND THROTTLE BODY WILL NOT FIT OVER NEW THROTTLE BODY, ANY IDEAS?. :flag :flag :flag :flag :flag :flag :flag :flag :flag

You need to establish base idle and then set base TPS position; the method is on my site.
Those BBK units are terrible for that fitment. I used a Dremel, a file and some sandpaper to carefully reduce the outer dimension of the TB inlet so that the boot will slip over.
