Possible Misfire causes needed...

I have a steady miss in my vette at all RPMs. It's not a bad miss and it's been there since I got the car. I have dual exhaust and it doesnt seem to favor one side, and the cap/rotor/coil are all good... I dont know if this is related but my scanner shows all Zero's (not 'no data') for every reading, too..

What kind of weird problems could cause misfires in everyone's experience?

try to watch your engine running in the dark to see if the wires are arching. about the 0000 on the scanner, maybe it is not configured right?

Could anything electricl, like a short in the car somewhere be interfering with the ignition system?

try changing your plugs...i had a high rpm miss and some stuttering off the line, and it turned out to be the < 1 year old plugs in the car...
