BTW, order a block with 4.25" bore if you're really going for it. The head gaskets technology is now good enough to get away with that, and if you're buying an aftermarket block anyhow, what the hell. That gives you a 4.25" bore and a 4.00" stroke. That makes 454cid and is the same bore and stroke as the factory big-block 454, but in a small-block. :yesnod:
