Power streering question?
Will the power streering leak if it is overfilled? Also will it make and funny sounds if its overfilled? I keep finding a puddle of streering fluid under my car and i have filled it up recently after my cam swap. I replaced one of the lines but I don't think it is leaking....any other places i should look :confused:

I had the same problem with power steering leaking just a drop or two over night. I found on the return line there's a hose connection near the pump which is very hard to get at. Mine was loose. Also, quite a few guys have had their reservoir crack (it's only plastic) which would also cause a small leak. ;)

It is possible to have problems from overfilling but I would suspect a leak somewhere, especially if there is a puddle.
Which line did you replace, and why?

I replaced the line that goes from the center of the rack to the pump. It had to be replaced because a friend of mine pinched the line while installing the hotcam.

Well I found the problem.....
It seems thier is a black hard pipe that goes from the resovur (spelling) to who knows where. Well the balancer has been slowly rubbing a hole into it. GREAT!!!! more money that I don't have that needs to be spent now. :cuss :cuss
