Default Clutch problems ...Help!!!

Ok here goes this is my problem I finally got my motor rebuilt and everything works fine love the hotcam and roller setup with a +030 bore
installed the tranny and everything seemed to go on just fine ( 1985 -single mass flywheel witha 1991 zf 6 speedram clutch disk and pivot ball from tpis ) drove the car for about 3 days no hotrodding
push in on the clutch and a loud ping first assumtion was the fork came off the bearing
tore the tranny out of the car and the throwout bearing was literally tore in 2 and the bellhousing full of ball bearing appears the throwout bearing had developed a lip on the disk side which prevented it from sliding on the input shaft thus putting pressure on the bearing and causing it wear out the ball bearing and letting the bearing seperate ... no biggie replace the throwout bearing
reinstalled clutch
drove car for 2 days same problem
again replaced throwout bearing and this time a new valeo OEM press plate
drove car 1 day same problem
ok heres what i know the input shaft is fine it is the correct throwout bearing slides over shaft fine press plate is new no issues there
slave and master are also new
now heres what i suspect
where the bearing rides on the clutch disk seems like it may be rough and is causing the lip to appear on the bearing causing it to hang and seperate
here is what i want to know what is a good disk to replace the ram with which i think has to be the problem and has anyone ever had this problem
thanks in advance and any input is welcome ...Von :cry :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

where the TO bearing touchs the pressure plate fingers or diaphram spring, is it meeting it correctly, is the bearing face the proper diameter for the press plate fingers?? sounds from your description that the bearing is meeting the fingers on the outside diameter of the bearing and causing it to wear the bearing apart?

on the valeo pressure plate the bearing is attached with a clip so it does not ride on the finger the lip is appearing on the side of the throwout bearing that touches the clutch disk when the pedal is out :banghead:

I'm not familiar with this, do you have a picture? you refer to the disc, do you mean the pressure plate?
