C4 door panel fix ala Corvette Fever article?
Has anyone attempted the late-model C4 door panel fix as detailed in the lastest issue of CF? The fix is to bolt a piece of aluminum to the upper mounting surface on the door so the door panel doesn't gap and pull away from the door. I need to do this fix but wondered where to get the aluminum and how to cut/shape it. Anyone, anyone... Beuller, Beuller... :skep: :crazy:

i saw the article, but don't need to do it because my panels don't sag...but i would be interested in hearing people's experiences with this method... :lurk:
