Strike one was when I couldn’t get the bracket off that holds the rotor in place, and zip sent me the wrong size pad. Well thanks to you guys, I got a breaker bar and the right pads from zip. So Saturday I take everything apart again, got the rotors off put the new ones on and, they seemed warped when I spun the rotor part of it scraped up against the bracket. So I didn’t put on the new rotors. When I went to replace the pads, I couldn’t get the old ones off. It seems like there was glue under the pads. So I put everything back together again.
My questions are. Do I need to send the rotors back or do they need to be sanded down? How to I get the pads off? Should I use a screw driver to try and pry them off? At this point just bring it to a mechanic that knows what he is doing?

Try putting some lugs on there and see if that snugs the rotor down even with the spindel. If that doesn't fix it I would suspect the rotors are flawed, send those back. the pads just snap in to the calipers, you should be able to pry/pop them out. If their glued your going to have to get them out so use a screwdrive to pry but becareful not to damage the caliper it self..
I was hoping that they needed to be shaved down or what ever it is they do to rotors. when i put them on and look from the top as it spins there is a wave in them, on both of them. i tried with the old rotors and they were fine.

I highly doubt the rotors are warped. Make sure you clean the hub of any rust, as that will cause the rotor not to seat properly, and giving the illusion that it is warped. It doesn't take much.
