Gutted MAF?
I've heard of people Gutting their MAF . So when I did my cut lid I removed the honey comb in front of the MAF on my 95 LT1 will this help or hinder performance I did it with other small mods so I can't tell if it did anything by it self. :seeya

As far as tuning is concerned, i believe if you modify a stock MAF you will need to recalibrate it, if not the ecm is getting false info (doubt removing a single screen makes that much difference). So as far as the performance side I don't know if you'd really feel the difference but on the tuning side from what i've read you should recal or just leave it alone. For what it's worth...
