Re: replacement wiper blades that wont scrub...... (wareagl305)
Trico Blades!!! I tried some bosch blades and when i shut the hood they made contact with it. I guess thats why they did not list my year!! :smash:
My jobber suggested trico and said they were the OEM.They fit in fine with no contact.
Re: replacement wiper blades that wont scrub...... (Bodhi)
Call our new contact at Superior Chevy and order the wipers for the '96 Corvette since they made a mod that prevents the collisions for occuring during operation. I have the following part numbers as a reference:
Left arm 10288071
Right arm 10288072
Left blade 22154985
Right blade 22155368
1-800-728-8267, you need to ask for the Forum discount that Jeff Kopp offered.
Re: replacement wiper blades that wont scrub...... (Goody)
you guys with the Trico replacements.....
Did you mean replacing with new Trico blades+ the holder? or just the trico refill itself. I was hoping to pick up some trico replacements from Costco which also comes with the arm/holder. I guess those would be too big and won't fit.
I didn't even think about the scrubbing until I read this thread. I'm glad for the heads-up. I was hoping to replace the blade holder/arm thingy on mine 'cause the paint cover on it is faded.
