Still trying!
I am trying to reprogram my eprom on my 92 vette. I have been asking what area I need to change for the timing to make sure that I'm doing it right. But now for a new question what do I need to change to change my map sensor from stock to a map 2?

OK, what editor are you using? Tunercat?
The stock 92 will not support a 2bar map-you'll have to swap out ecms and do some repinning or go with an aftermarket.
We're all more than willing to help.....IF tunercat-then there is a table "main spark advance vs rpm vs load", and then also a table for wot "power enrich spark advance vs rpm".
And again-any knock retard?

So far I am using tunercat. I moved the closed TPS spark advance vs RPM and that changed the idle timing but when I changed the main spark advance vs rpm vs load it didn't do anything. I didn't think of the power enrich spark advance vs rpm. ALSO as of now I'm still having trouble getting my scan to work, so I'm just trying to learn more of what I should move before I actually move it! I'm just making sure that when I'm ready to move things that I know what and were!

What do I need to do to put a 2 bar map on a stock ECM. I found one artical on it but it didn't say much. It told how to put one on a system that need a map but not how to change to a 2 bar map.
