Default Criteria for closed loop?

I was just looking at some data logs and it appears that my car takes longer to hit closed loop than Brian's does. Now they are both 92's, mine is just a little bit more modified than his is.

The data logs I have of his car are starting at a higher coolant temp, so that might be part of it. What are the criteria that must be met before going closed loop? Not that I guess it really matters, but his car seems to go closed loop after about 80 seconds and mine takes about 200.

In general, engine temp & a signal from the O2 plus a programed amount of time from start up. If all things were equal; ie, stock or the same mods; I'd suspect the O2; however, your data indicates it's engine temp - probably because of the mods.

Hmm. He's completely stock (well he now has 1.6 rockers but that didn't affect anything) and I'm highly modded. I've got heated O2's and he doesn't. Both of our 02's appear to be switching well after it goes into closed loop.
