Window problems. need help.

Window problems. need help.
My passenger window on my 92 vette makes a banging niose if the window is down just a bit. Sounds like the glass is going to break if the door is slamed to hard. Its fine if the window is up. What do I need to fix this?

mine does the same thing.
I think there are these little pads that the window rides on, and they wear out.
where in sebring are you? my brother lives in lake placid! he owns Bogus Printing - go figure.
I go down for the 12 hours every year!

Cool! I went to the races this year too. Go Corvette! I live behind Harder Hall in Sebring. Let me know if you know what pads those are we need to fix the problem.

Most people complain about the same thing. Adjusting the pads may help but it didn't when I replaced the outer window W/S. Still sounds like the glass is gonna break. :yesnod:
