Default T. B. bypass problem (LT1)

I just did the throttle body bypass, and now I have a high idle (1500 rpm), SERVICE ENGINE SOON light stays on along with SERVICE ASR light. Anyone know why this is?
Nevermind, I found the problem. There is an electrical connector just above where the hose comes out of the T.B. that I forgot to plug back in. :banghead: Everything is fine now. :hurray:
F.Y.I. what I did was remove the hoses to the T.B. and leave them off. I replaced the T connectors with connectors without T's for a cleaner look. :steering:

As long as you maintained flow of scavenged coolant from the steam vent tube so it gets to the high side coolant tank you should be okay. Steam vent tube is the tube that the small elbow hose connected to the passenger side of throttle body connected to.

Sounds like the pigtail you forgot to plug back in went to the IAC (Idle Air Control).
