LT1 vs. LT4

LT1 vs. LT4
Did the 1996 6 speed corvette come with an optional LT1? or are all 1996 6 speeds LT4's? I know all the automatics are all LT1's but was not sure about the six speeds. :confused:

I'm pretty sure they were all LT4s. GM didn't want to spend the bucks to pass a OBDII manual LT1. :steering:
