HOK-2151 Chevrolet: 1984-91 5.7L Corvette, 1 3/4 in. primary tubes, 3 in. collectors, Hooker Super Competition heade...

I'm asking because on Summit page they say that it will fit on 6-speed and
5-speed trans but they don't say anything about if it fits automatic trans.

Yes i'm sure someone has the 2151s, they are uncoated and have no emissions hookups. I think that it also doesnt come with the O2 sensor bung, which youll have to transfer over.

They and the 2149s require a different Y-pipe made by Hooker to fit the automatics, I would call Summit and find it. If they didnt have it, Jegs likely will.

Hooker Y pipe 16720 is suppose to fit the auto as well as the 6spd. I have one and the left side is narrowed a bit to fit around the tranny.

This is a great piece of plumbing, 3" mandrel bend. Compared to the stock Y it looks like a sewer pipe.

It is bare steel, so I'm having it coated before installing it.

Thanks guys, you're life savers.

Y pipe won't be a problem because I have true dual custom exhaust.

Thanks again!

I just recieved these headers in the mail today. I can't wait to get them on, I also have a custom true dual exhaust system but I was wondering where the best place to put the 02 bung would be? I have an 85 and I was also thinking about putting on a heated sensor in fear that it might not get hot enough down in the reducer.
