Has anyone ever experienced problems with the synchros in their ZF-6? I put the 4+3 flywheel on and used a new McCleod disc and this setup was awesome from the start. Lots more throttle response and the clutch grabbed nice but when I shifted into 4th I got a terrible gear grinding noise. It does this no matter what the driving condition is. Hard accel, grandpa/baby shifting, up and down gears. It has never done this before but I'm wondering if the damping effect of the stock dual mass flywheel was masking it? I'm stumped and need advice. :banghead:
