injector size??
Does anyone know for a fact the size of the injectors in a 92 vette. i believe that they are 24lb.. is it worth it to step up the size to say a 30lb. accell injector?? any info would be greatly appreciated. :cheers:

I believe yours are #24s, not sure.
No reason to change to #30s, wont give any performance gains unless you need the extra fuel. (bigger cubes, big cam, Forced induction)

I would call TPIS in Minnesota 952-448-6021 before increasing injector size. They seem to feel very strongly that people increase injector size unnecessarily, way too often. If I remember correctly, the got something like 440 horsepower out of one of their motors with balanced Bosch stock-rated injectors.

I am almost certain the '92 has 22#@43.5psi injectors. I woud not suggest changing them unless you have bad injectors. Then I would suggest going to the FMS 24#. With the 24# FMS they run rich at idle in open loop because they are 24# @39psi.
