weatherstripping replacement

Default weatherstripping replacement
I'm replacing my weatherstripping along the rollbar and in the corners where the strip bends down to the ground was some kind of filler gunk. Can anyone tell me what this is? Is it just olf weatherstrip adhesive? Or can someone tell where I can find instructions for weatherstripping replacement? Thanks :confused:

theres a 3M black weather strip adhesive, thats what i used. found it at adavanced auto.

You will find 2 types of goo - old weatherstrip adhesive and body sealer (white grease like stuff).

Black weatherstrip adhesive :iagree:

3m is what i used,Napa has both products. Weatherstripping adhesive and remover for like 6-8$ a pc.
