whats the part number
anyone know the part # on the sensor thats located on the pass side on a 1992 corvette cylinderhead between cylinders 6 and 8 (the back two cylinders pass side) I think its a heat sensor but Im not sure, as it looks differant than the one on my other two vettes (1985/1996) any info will help

My book doesn't cover 1992. It could hardly be for anything oil related. There are no oil passages in the heads. The location you describe is a water passage. On earlier years, it would be for the fan relay or the dash guage, depending on the specific year. GM has swapped locations from time to time. Good luck, and ...
