Default Dimension layout for blocks...

Guys

I need a dimensional layout of our blocks....does anyone know of one?

I am primarily interested in the front of the block with bolt hole locations and offsets.

If someone has an Autocad or Pro-Engineeer layout already done...please feel free to send me the files :D But that is probably just wishful thinking :jester

Thanks all!

Ski,
I've E-mailed you the info (hopefully). If the resolution isn't good enough, let me know and I'll try again. (info courtesy of Chevy Power). :steering:

If the high tech CAD solution doesnt work then the chevy power manual ( at any dealer) has very detailed block front end drawings for the small and big blocks

Some older editions also had side view layouts. You can scale most detail off the dimensions that are given

One word of warning - not all the "lumps" on the side of the block are shown on the front views , this caused me some problems

I need to bolt layout for the heads too :(

You know where the accesories mount like the AC bracket and Alternator and what-not.

Thanks. UK did you say you had a cad drawing already

Thanks for the schematics you already sent! They will help too!
