Speed Scene Wiring Performance chip installed
Well i finally put my fat Azz under dash and installed my chip.First impressions.
1) idle better
2)first gear holding a little longer. I might be on crack for 2-4
3)second gear hits when is supposed too
4)not hitting third early
im gonna take it out in freeway tonight and see how it does.
my mods cut air filter holder k&n
new plugs cap rotor and maint .

Is you tranny computer contolled? I didnt think it was how could a chip change the rpms that your tranny shifts at????????????????????????????????? :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused:

Maybe they changed the torque convertor lockup speed which made it feel like it shifted better. Part throttle shift points are controlled by pressures inside the transmission. WOT shifts are controlled by the governor.

well i took it on freeway tonight it run's soo much better at crusing speeds and wot
i dont know much about the 89 aod tranny but it seems to be performing better.The only complaint it have it the upsift lights comes on every once in a while.Zac told be i would be happy and so far i am He fixed the fan on times smothed out fi map.

Okey he changed the lock up speeds like i said earlier Im not the programer thats what Zac is for he just wants feedback from me to tweak it
