Default Non-working 1985 Horn

I have a 1985 coupe that the horns are not working. I have tested the horns themselves and they work fine. I have voltage (5 volts) present at the horn contact plate on the steering wheel. Now for the real question, where is the horn relay located? The reference material that I have says it is located near the fuse panel, but I have not been able to locate it. I also understand that it is the same relay as is used by the rear hatch latch, so I have some idea as to what it looks like. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :banghead:

I believe the horn relay is located behind the DIC(driver information center) on the 85. Remove the bezel, the one around the stereo, and remove the dic. You will see the relay and also a fuse. I'll bet the fuse is probably blown. Good luck, Guy
