There are clips in the back of the seat foam.
Push the bolster over and pull out so you can see the clips, stick a long screwdriver etc into where the clip is and push it towards the center of the seat and the clip should become disengaged.
I think ther are four clips,, two for each side of the seat foam..

I think I'm going to get these units, the rest of my interior is cherry, a little pricey, but I want nice new foam. Looks like one of the easiest seat replacements around.

Tried it out, it's very easy. Actually on mine there are just chords on the seat cushion that attach to clips on the seat back, a piece of cake. Thanks for the tip.
