Well we have a beautiful father's day for weather so far and my dad's back is in great shape today. :) Got that baby honed in all of 1 minute it took after I got her up in the air and yanked the oil pan off again. The piston is back in place, oil pump, deflection tray, oil cooler lines, oil pan, starter motor. :D
I've got to take a break now and put the heads back together (Thought we had, guess not oops).
Here's an ugly looking bank of cylinders. :smash:
Theres already oil coating the walls, so the crosshatches aren't the easiest to see.
When do you think you'll have it all back together?
Home stretch now. I might take a day off during the week to work on it as this week so far looks like great weather. I'd like to try and get it fired next Satruday if the corvette gods allow it.

Scorp - Good to see you around. Can you fill me in or lead me to the posts? I haven't been to CF hardly at all the past several months. Someone mentioned glad you Dad is back at it? Did something happen? Hope all is well up north. :) Are you going to any of the Corvette 50th events in Nashville/BG? ~Juliet

 It's been a very meteorologically (yeah, nice word) frustrating spring. Glad to see your dads back and the weather agreed on the same day to make some progress. Just keep :smash: and you'll be running in no time.
