Engine skips when A/C is on??

Engine skips when A/C is on??
Ok, I only notice this when the AC is on, but, when I'm holding steady, around 2k RPMS, the engine seems to skip/cut for a quick second.. I've noticed it a couple of times the past week or so, and it seems to go away with the AC off (or maybe I'm not noticing!!!!!!!), but, any suggestions? I've never done the plugs in the car(mainly because I've heard they can be a nightmare), and I know they wouldn't be AC connected, but, any ideas?

Sounds like the compressor is cycling, which it should do at higher RPMS. Have someone hold it at 2500 rpm or jury rig the throttle so that you can observe the compressor clutch. If it cycles on and off, it's probably working as designed.
