GEARING
What rear-end gear do I have if I'm running 60 mph in second (zf 6 sp) at 5400 rpm.The tires are stock height.THANKS! :confused:

3.45:1 You should be turning 1400 rpm at 60 in 6th gear.

It is impossible to get a low enough gear ratio in a Dana 36 or 44 to run 5400 RPM at 60mph in 6th gear even with go-cart tires.

In 2nd gear at 5700rpm you should be going 68mph.
