Dressing up C4 calipers
If your tired of seeing the back of your brake pads through the two holes on your C4 caliper here's a fix.
I came up with this idea myself after searching in magazines and not finding a solution. I think it looks clean and they're easy to install.

JP ~ Great idea. I like the product. Although you didn't solicit sales on these, your thread has the potential for doing so. Seeing as how this is your first post, I am sure that you are not fully aware that selling products as a vendor requires you to contact our admin staff and get signed up as a supporting vendor.

plastic? melt wont they?
i gotta ask-are them freeze/expansion plugs?
look nice whatever they are,but i too am concerned about cooling.or at least an explanation of what purpose the holes are there for.
see them in most all calipers now that i think about it.
it could be a structural thing on account of all the heat and cooling that goes on with the cast parts.
if thats the case a soft plug shouldnt hurt anything.
definately one of those things that makes ya go hmm.

To answer the question about the plugs, they're not freeze plugs.
I drove around for a week with the Nylon plugs and didn't have any signs of melting. Many caliper designs don't have holes in them. Most brake pads hang down in the caliper by means of a pin inserted across the top of the caliper. As an example look at the Brembo caliper at the bottom of this page the Elevens posted.
