Another sensor question...
On my 86 there is a plug sensor on my master cylinder, it has one black wire with what looks like white stripe, I can't find it in the wiring diagram in my book, it appears it should have two wires, is one one missing?
also what's it a sender for?

That is a switch that is activated by a difference in hydraulic pressure between the front and rear cylinders in the brake master cylinder. It lights a BRAKE light on the dash to let you know that you have lost one of your brake cylinders and only two brakes (front or rear) are working.

One. It is a two place connector, but one wire.
