clickin sound when turnin and sometimes startin strait from right rear wheel, took wheel off and didnt see anything to unusual except rub marks.... Almost seemed like lugs were loose but they werent. Put wheel back on, and theres the slightest play, like the lugs arent completely super tight. I know not a good description, hard to explain... Ideas please :)

Might as well replace the U-joints on that side as well. Use Spicer Cold-Forged joints, only ones that can handle the torque.
When I would pull away it would "tick" or tick loudly but only on the passenger side. It was really noticeable when driving next to a curb cause the ticking sound would echo or bounce off the curb or when turning.
