Sealant for hedmen headers
My pass. side headers have a slight bow or something which is causing an exhaust leak. I was planning on double gasket the thing and apply some gasket between and around. What type of gasket would be recommended and is it possible to bend the header a cuople inches because it's tightly butted up against the floorpan.

Seth the best thing that I recomend is taking your headers all the way off and have them surfaced. Any muffler shop will have that machine. Its like a oversize belt sander.

If it were mine, id buy another header. I had a set of pace setter headers on a ford truck that were warped. had them on and off 3 times. Once they warp and you remove metal they will warp even easier the next time.
